Dear Ms. McBride,

We are pleased to submit this application for a planning/construction grant application to the San Francisco Bay Trail Project. Operation Islais Creek Destination Hub aims to bring together seven existing areas adjacent to the Bay Trail, creating an important resource for a local community now lacking substantial open green space as well as establishing the southeast waterfront as a destination point along the Bay Trail for both residents and visitors of the San Francisco Bay Area.
